Pat Ryan is head of Retirement Solutions at Davy and was previously head of pensions with Canada Life in Ireland. Pat began his career on the regulatory side working on pension / taxation issues with the Revenue Commissioners.Pat has a wealth of experience in the pensions industry, is a former chair of the Insurance Industry pensions committee and has served on working parties with the Irish Association of Pension Funds and the Pensions Board.

Jim Power is owner manager of Jim Power Economics Limited, an economic and financial consultancy. In 2013, he co-founded CJP Consultants with Economist Chris Johns. Both companies carry out consultancy projects, public speaking, and training for a variety of public and private sector entities.He is economic advisor to the Friends First Group and was previously Treasury Economist at AIB (1987- 1991) and Chief Economist at Bank of Ireland Group Treasury (1991-2000). He writes a weekly column in the Examiner and is a frequent contributor to media. He lectures on the MSc Management at Smurfit School of Business, UCD. He is a board member of Agri-Aware and Chairman of Love Irish Food. He is also Chairman of Three Rock Capital Management, an investment firm. He is a native of Waterford.
